• 1. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the final amount of the purchase in the www.musicmall.hu webshop.

• 2. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Money cannot be returned from the value of the voucher. The voucher is valid for single use only. When purchasing, several vouchers can be used at the same time.

• 3. For products for the purchase of which a gift voucher has been used and the situation of withdrawal from the contract or a validated complaint arises, the value will be refunded in the form of a new voucher or a coupon code triggering it.

• 4. Validity of gift vouchers:

• - 12 months in the case of a gift voucher with a value limit exceeding HUF 50,000

• - 6 months for gift vouchers with a value below HUF 50,000

• - After the expiration date, the voucher becomes invalid.

• 5. We will send you an email alert two weeks before the expiration date of the gift certificate if it has not been used yet!

• 6. The voucher can only be used for orders placed in the www.musicmall.hu webshop.

• 7. By purchasing the gift voucher, the buyer accepts the terms of use.

• 8. Once the code associated with the voucher is used in the web store, the voucher will expire.

• 9. The purchase of the products in the store is governed by the current General Terms and Conditions and the applicable legal regulations.

• 10. The person purchasing the gift voucher is not entitled to resell the voucher to a third party.

• 11. The voucher can only be purchased by bank transfer or online credit card payment.

• 12. Within 24 hours of ordering the gift voucher, we will send a valid voucher issued electronically with data by e-mail, which contains the code that can be used for the purchase (provided that we have also received the purchase price on our bank account).

• 13. The gift certificate can be purchased in anonymous or named form. For the name form, it is necessary to enter the name in the comment field on the order page.

• 14. Upon request, we will also send the gift voucher in the form of printed paper by post (the extra cost of this is 300 HUF only for the 5000 HUF and 10000 HUF vouchers), free of charge for gift vouchers with a value limit over HUF 10,000.
