Please be advised that you as a customer (consumer) by using the website at, you acknowledge and agree that the Civil Code below. (Act V of 2013) 6: 77-6: 81. If you wish to be a buyer or an active user of the opportunities offered by our Web Store, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and only use our services if you agree and agree to be bound by them.

This document is concluded exclusively in electronic form. The contract governed by the following terms and conditions shall be governed by the Civil Code. is considered to be a distance contract.



General information about the order process

The displayed products can only be ordered through the Web Store online, by courier delivery or personally by the customer or its authorized representative.

The prices shown for the products include the consumer price of the products, but do not include the costs and fees for home delivery, assembly, installation, and cash handling. The minimum order value is 3000Ft (gross).

If the operator quotes a defective price next to the product, despite due diligence, and the price of the product differs from the generally accepted price, the operator is not obliged to supply the product at the wrong price, but is obliged to offer the customer a fair price opportunity to buy. If the customer does not wish to exercise this option, he / she shall have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

No extra packing costs will be charged. The detailed shipping rates are part of these terms and conditions under the Shipping Information menu. 

In our webshop you can browse by Product Categories. In addition to the listed products, you can see a short and more detailed description of each product, its price and other features, without being exhaustive. Click on the product image or name for more information about the product. This will take you to the product page for more detailed product information. If you require more detailed information, please contact the Customer Service at the number listed in the operator's details.

The order process

A. By clicking on the cart icon you can place the product in the cart.

You can add products to the Cart without logging in, but you must log in before ordering. You can do this even if you register or log in as a Guest user only. You will be prompted to sign up automatically during the order process or you will find it under the LOG IN menu at the top right of the header. If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, use the password reminder. If you enter your registered email address here, your password will be emailed to you. You can log in using the Login menu. Enter your registered email address and password here, and then press enter. If you have successfully logged in, this window will display your registered email address and the sign out button, which will allow you to leave the webstore.

B. You can check and edit the contents of the cart using the Cart menu. You can view and modify the quantity of the item you wish to add to your shopping cart, and choose the payment and shipping method that best suits for you, or delete the item. It is also possible to empty the basket completely. If you would like to add a product to the cart, select "Continue Shopping" button.

C. By recording the order, the Customer acknowledges that fulfillment of orders entails payment obligation.

D. After you have completed your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided containing the details of the product(s) ordered. It should include the product name, item number, quantity and price. The confirmation email generated automatically by the system is for informational purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of the contract of sale. If you do not receive such a letter, your order will not be accepted. In this case, please contact our Customer Service, as already indicated, using the operator information.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days from 08:00 to 20:00. It is possible to place an order outside of the times specified for order processing, but if it occurs after the end of working hours, the order will be processed only on the next working day. Delivery time for accepted orders is 1 to 2 business days for products in stock from the date of confirmation. Orders received before 13:00 can be processed in such a way that the Shipping Time indicated on the product page can be stored and managed.

In case the product is out of stock, delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on where the ordered product comes from. If the delivery time takes more than one week, we will consult with the customer.

Our company is not liable for any changes in the technical specifications of the ordered product without prior notice due to the supplier or reasons beyond its control.

In the case of many products in our store, stock information is not displayed on the webshop interface. Since many manufacturers and suppliers deliver with constantly changing delivery times, we cannot display accurate information in advance, especially for folk and special instruments. After placing the order, we inform our customers of the current stock information or the availability time of the given product by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, our colleague will send you a confirmation to the email address provided, confirming stock availability, product price and expected delivery date. The product will be shipped only after that.

You can monitor the progress of your order until the order is completed using the Order Tracking menu. Here you will also find all your previous orders you have sent to our Webshop. Each order is identified by a unique order number.

The methods of payment for the products ordered and the delivery charge

The method of payment for the ordered products

  • Bank advance payment: once your order has been confirmed, the confirmation email will contain our bank account number and order number, which should be referenced in the bank transfer note / notice. If the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, we will only send the product to the courier service afterwards (you will find our bank account number in the operator details)
  • Fullfillment in person: In this case, you pay the purchase price of the product in cash at the operator's headquarters. (Duo Hangszerbolt – H-8360 Keszthely, Rákóczi út 3)
  • Credit card payment: It is possible to use the SimplePay interface in the web shop. The customer will receive an email confirmation from the webstore system regarding the successful completion of the transaction or any errors that may occur during the process. By using the credit card payment interface, the customer accepts the SimplePay Data Transfer Statement.
  • Cash on delivery: The product will be delivered by our courier (GLS) to the address you provide, where the invoice price for the product or products will be paid to the courier in cash or, if possible, by credit card.
  • After the down payment is done, the customer will be required to pay the difference between the full purchase price and the down payment at the final settlement of the invoice if the down payment was less than the total purchase price.

The total amount payable will include all costs, based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice, which is also the guarantee letter, will be emailed to you. Please inspect the parcel upon delivery and ask for a record of any damage or defect found on the products and do not accept the parcel. We are unable to accept subsequent non-protocol complaints.

Home delivery charges

  • Ordering value between 0-30 000 HUF up to 20kg Shipping fee: 2 490 HUF.
  • Free shipping on orders over 30 000 HUF.
  • In case of a cash on delivery order, the handling fee of the shipping fee is additional 980 HUF, which is added to the amount.
  • Purchases with a value of more than 500 000 Ft are not eligible for cash on delivery.
  • The specified delivery fees apply to the territory of Hungary.

Delivery time

For products in stock, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the order confirmation. In case the product is out of stock 7-14 business days. In case of purchase time longer than one week, we will consult with the customer.

Shipping information

Orders received through our webshop are usually delivered by the couriers of the GLS courier service. Parcels are delivered on business days between 08:00 and 17:00. As a shipping address, it is advisable to provide an address where you will be able to receive the courier at all times during this time of day and to ensure payment of the shipment and cash on delivery fees to the courier. For some products available from abroad, or in special situations, delivery may be with another supplier.

Only order the products you want if you can secure guarantee the receipt of the package and pay the courier when you receive the package. In case of unacknowledged parcels returned, the shipping and return charges will be charged to the customer, and we will only be able to resubmit the re-dispatch if the parcel price is paid in advance.

Right of withdrawal

No 45/2014 on distance contracts Pursuant to the Government Decree, the provisions of this section are applicable only to the customer who is a consumer. Within 14  days of receipt of the ordered product, the consumer may cancel the contract without notice and return the product in its unopened packaging. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must inform the operator of this in a clear written statement (by registered letter with advice of delivery or by e-mail). Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the operator shall confirm it to the consumer without delay. If the consumer withdraws, he must return the ordered product to the operator within 14 days of the notification of the withdrawal. The cost of the return shall be borne by the consumer.

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator shall, within 14 days of receipt of the statement to this effect, reimburse the consumer for any payment made by him, including the cost of delivery. An exception to this is where the consumer has opted for a mode of transport which entails extra costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill his repayment obligation until he has received the returned product or until the consumer has received a credible proof of returning the product. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the operator shall take into account the earlier date.

The operator may claim compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, you must pay special attention to the proper use of the product, as the consumer will be compensated for any damage caused by improper use.

Upon receipt of the package by our company, a video will be made of the unpacking of the returned package and examination of the returned product. This is necessary to avoid any possible future misunderstandings. (for example, the returned product was damaged or defective)

The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal:

  • for a product whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market and fluctuations beyond the control of the business
  • in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been specifically made at the consumer's request

          for a product for which the consumer has explicitly requested the operator to carry out urgent repair or service work

Warranty

151/2003 containing the rules of the mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods for certain products marketed by the operator. According to Government Decree and Government Decree 270/20202 (VI.12.) Amending it, the duration of the warranty from 01.01.2021, depending on the sale price, is as follows:

Up to HUF 10,000-100,000:1 year

Up to HUF 100,000-250,000: 2 years

Over HUF 250,000: 3 years.

Failure to meet these deadlines will result in disqualification. If the consumer product is repaired, the warranty period will be extended from the date of delivery for repair to the time during which the consumer was unable to use the consumer product as intended due to the defect.

If the consumer puts the consumer goods into service more than six months after delivery, the starting date of the warranty period is the day of delivery of the consumer goods.

In the event of a repair, the warranty period will be extended from the date of delivery to the repair for as long as the consumer has not been able to use the article.

The rights arising from the warranty can be enforced with the warranty card (by invoice, if the invoice is also a letter of guarantee), which cannot be made a condition for the return of the opened packaging of the consumer product by the consumer.

The buyer is not entitled to a warranty if the defect occurred after the product was handed over to the consumer. For products not covered by the specified regulation, the warranty period provided by the manufacturer is indicated next to the product. If problems arise, the operator can provide accurate information. In the case of a warranty, the consumer is entitled to repair or replace the defective product free of charge within the warranty period. Warranty repairs cover failures due to manufacturing defects. The warranty conditions are valid in accordance with the conditions in the operating instructions.

In the event of a product failure, you can obtain further information on what to do at the address and telephone number indicated on the warranty letter supplied with the device, as well as at one of our contact details. The cost of delivering the products to the warranty service point is borne by the customer. You can also return the defective device directly to the service point of our web store. Packages sent by post are not picked up by our collection point, they are always returned to the sender! During repairs, only new parts may be installed in the product.

If the duration of the repair / replacement exceeds 15 days, the business must inform the consumer of the expected duration. If the consumer product is not repaired by the thirtieth day after the request for repair is communicated to the business, the business shall replace the consumer product within eight days of the unsuccessful expiry of the thirty-day period, unless the consumer provides otherwise. If it is not possible to replace the consumer goods, the company must to be reimbursed. The costs of the warranty activity are borne by the operator.

In further details, the applicable legislation in force at the time applies to the warranty and the individual repair and maintenance services.

Guaranty

In the event of a defect in the supplied product, the customer may enforce a warranty claim against the operator under the Civil Code. 6: 159-167: §. 

 

Complaint handling

The operator is required to record the complaint at the location specified in the operator's details and to keep the complaint for five years from the date of complaint, together with the response. The operator will investigate the complaint received within 30 days of receipt and must provide a substantive response. If the operator gives a negative reply to a complaint, he must give reasons in writing. Disputes arising out of a contract with the operator are primarily settled amicably, by agreement between the parties or before the competent consumer protection authority where the consumer is domiciled. If these fail, the parties will remain in court.

Data management

The operator shall keep the personal data made available to us through the use of the Web Store confidential and will not divulge it to any third party, except to its subcontractor. (Eg: courier service), this is required for delivery of the order. 

While browsing the web store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). Such data shall be provided by the operator to the authorities only in legally justified and duly substantiated cases. You must enable cookies in order to use this service. If you do not want to enable cookies, you can disable it in your browser settings. If cookies are disabled, some elements of the service will be partially or completely unavailable. The cookie is a file sent to the user's browser by the server and stored on the user's computer. No personal data is stored in the cookie. The data recorded during the order will be used by the operator to fulfill the order. The invoice details of the order placed by each IT system on the pages of the Web Store are recorded with the data provided at the time of placing the order and are stored for the period specified in the effective accounting law. The data provided during the browsing of the webshop or during the registration process of the newsletter provided during the registration is kept confidential by the operator. You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing.

During the order-starting process, the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 shall prevail and the privacy statement of the service provider is available on the website. 

 

Other provisions

In matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), in case of consumer contracts, the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014.

Conclusion of the contract of sale

1. If the user places an order on the Web Store pages and the service provider confirms the order by e-mail, in addition to the system-generated emails, a sales contract is entered into between the customer (user) and the service provider. (If the order confirmation email is not received by the customer within 48 hours, the customer is not bound by the offer, he is not obliged to buy the ordered product and use the service.)
2. The user agree that any contract so entered into shall be deemed to be in writing and shall be governed by Hungarian law. The provisions of these GTC apply to the contract.
3. The contract is concluded in Hungarian, and the Web Store automatically stores it electronically. It is accessible to the user after logging in to the Web Store. You can read, save, or print its contents.

 

About the products

The essential features of the product can be viewed by users on the product demonstration pages. In some cases, the images shown with the products may be illustrations, may differ in color and in some features. The essential features and characteristics of the products available in the webshop can be found in the descriptions of each product.

Prices

The prices published on the Web Store are retail prices, which include the price of the products including VAT.

The minimum order value is 3000 HUF.

Price changes - if the supplier changes the price or does not indicate it in time, we reserve the right to make mistakes in all cases.

Shipping costs are shown separately, which includes the cost of home delivery under the courier contract.

Shipping costs GLS courier: 2 490 HUF up to 20 kg, free shipping up to 20 kg on orders over 30 000 HUF. In case of a cash on delivery order, the handling fee of the shipping fee is additional  980 HUF, which is added to the amount.
