The basic tones of the TAO harp ( B,A,E,D ) were originally the basis of an ancient tonal system, which is probably the predecessor of the pentatonic tonal system. Each of the four Tao notes has three choruses, i.e. three equally tuned strings, and is repeated four times per octave. The result is a rhythmic, pearly, water-splashing sound that is both ordering-harmonising and energising. The Tao harp can be used as a remedy for all physical, mental and psychosomatic disorders such as chronic fatigue, general well-being, stress relief, depression, autistic disorders.... The body of the harp is solid, hand carved. Its curved carving makes it suitable to fit the shape of the body, transmitting pleasant vibrations to both soft and bony parts. During the treatment, the guest relaxes in a lying position, experiencing the different tones and vibrations of the harp placed on the body in a calm, quiet environment.
